Ian Moore runs Treepax Ltd. and since 1990 has been doing consultancy, running facilitated workshops and giving keynote presentations for organisations of all types all over the world. All his presentations are highly practical, thought provoking and fun.

Since 1996 he has been researching, developing and delivering modules in a new programme "Engineering The Impossible (tm)". This programme is a radical new approach to organisational growth and effectiveness. It focuses on practical and pragmatic tools for generating and developing new ideas in any environment.

His first book, in a series of books revolving around the programme, was published in Feb 2002. It is called "Engineering The Impossible - A Starter Kit". His second book "Spotting Business Opportunities - A Practical Workbook" was published in 2004. His third book "Unpossible Thinking" is just about to be published.

His formal qualifications include a B.Sc.(Hons) in Mathematics and Physics, a qualified teacher and an M.Sc. in Information Technology. His informal qualifications include being a father, being a creative entrepreneur and believing that anything is possible.
